Every discovery call gets automatically transcribed and summarized with next steps identified, deal records update themselves, and the AI research assistant pulls company and contact information before calls so reps show up prepared. The ROI on the Professional plan became clear within the first quarter. Where I keep bumping into the ceiling is automation — I want to trigger a follow-up email sequence when a prospect opens my proposal, and that's a Professional-only feature.
